You grant StratoCMS a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and technically modify your content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content:
- Does not violate applicable law
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Does not contain malicious software or harmful code
- Does not unlawfully collect or process personal information

Subscription charges are billed according to the billing cycle displayed at purchase or agreed with the customer.
Prices may change in the future. Where reasonably practical, existing customers will receive notice of material subscription pricing changes before the new pricing takes effect.
Taxes and legally required charges may be added where applicable.
Third-party services, domains, custom development, and additional usage may be charged separately where disclosed or agreed.

9. AI-Assisted Features
StratoCMS may provide AI-assisted content, layout, optimisation, or workflow features.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

AI feature availability, providers, limits, and functionality may change.
10. Third-Party Services
StratoCMS may rely on third-party hosting, deployment, infrastructure, payment, email, AI, analytics, domain, and content delivery services.
The availability and performance of these services may affect StratoCMS.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
11. Service Availability and Maintenance

- Services are used for illegal activity
- An account creates a serious security risk
- Infrastructure is intentionally abused
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
You may request cancellation of your subscription according to your applicable billing arrangement.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically create a refund right except where the money-back guarantee or applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Data Following Termination
Following termination or cancellation, access to StratoCMS services and customer content may be disabled.
Customers are responsible for exporting or retaining required content before service termination where export functionality or assistance is available.
We may delete customer content after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.
