Our Story

Every Great Platform
Starts With A Real Problem.

StratoCMS wasn't created because we wanted to build another CMS. It was born from years of building products, solving business problems, and repeatedly rebuilding the same foundation over and over again.

Chapter One

It Didn't Start
With StratoCMS.

We were building websites and digital products for clients. Different businesses. Different industries. Different goals. But behind almost every project, we kept building the same foundation again and again.

Content management. SEO. Landing pages. Forms. Media libraries. APIs. Ecommerce. Performance.

The design changed. The business changed. The content changed. The technical problems didn't.

We tried existing CMS platforms. As projects grew, so did the plugins, caching layers, workarounds, and performance fixes. Then we moved to headless development.

The frontend became faster and more flexible. But every new project still needed a CMS, an API, SEO tools, media handling, deployment, and a frontend architecture.

We were still rebuilding the same system. So we stopped.

Expencio
Expencio

Building Our First Product.

Expencio was one of the first products that truly challenged us. It wasn't just another website. It needed dashboards, authentication, expense tracking, reports, approvals, notifications, analytics, permissions, and an intuitive user experience.

During development we noticed something interesting. Only a small percentage of our effort was actually building the expense management features. Most of our time was spent rebuilding infrastructure that almost every modern application requires.

Building A Platform
For Modern Gaming Businesses.

After the success of Expencio, we wanted to solve a completely different business problem. GameZone was built for gaming cafés, esports arenas, gaming stations, memberships, food ordering, promotions and customer management — all from one dashboard.

During development we discovered the exact same challenge we had already experienced before. The gaming features themselves were only a small part of the project. Most of the engineering time was spent rebuilding authentication, permissions, media handling, page management, SEO, APIs and reusable infrastructure.

Every new customer wanted different pages, different layouts, different promotions and different content. Existing CMS platforms became the bottleneck rather than the solution.

The Result

And That's When StratoCMS Started.

We stopped rebuilding the same foundation and turned it into a platform.

A platform built for modern websites. Fast by default. SEO-ready. Flexible for developers. Simple for content teams. Built for real businesses.

We used it. We improved it. We automated the repetitive parts.

Eventually, it became StratoCMS.
